A single 240L green waste bin is $20 per collection.

When signing up, you can choose how frequently you would like your bin emptied, with two convenient options available: fortnightly or monthly collection.

 Our 240L green waste bins can be conveniently ordered through our online store — it’s quick and easy.

There are no sign-up fees, making it simple to get started.

Once your order is completed, we’ll receive your details and get in touch with you directly to confirm and discuss your bin service.

 There are no lock-in contracts. If you wish to cancel your collection service, simply email us in advance to let us know.

 If we have bins in stock, your 240L green waste bin will be delivered within five business days of placing your order.

Please note that as of October 2025, we will not be ordering any new bins due to Gladstone Regional Council’s region-wide Garden Organics (GO) collection rollout.

However, we will continue to operate as usual!

 Billing will commence once your collection service begins.

Invoices are issued via email, with 14 days to make payment. We accept all major credit cards, as well as Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Stripe for your convenience.

For added flexibility, we also offer direct debit options — making it easy to “set and forget” your payments.

It’s simple — all general green waste from your yard can be placed in one of our Tree Trim bins, up to a maximum weight of 50kg per bin.

Items not permitted in your Tree Trim Green Waste Bin include:

• Large logs
   
• Dirt or soil
   
• Plastic of any kind
   
• Bricks or rocks

• Food or perishables
   
• Deceased animals
   
• Bark chips or compost
   
• Kitty litter or dog waste
   

Keeping to these guidelines helps us maintain safe collections and produce high-quality mulch from recycled green waste.

 Your Tree Trim bin is emptied on Fridays, either at two-weekly or four-weekly intervals, depending on your selected collection frequency. Collections are carried out in accordance with our annual collection calendar. 

We kindly ask that you place your bin out on the kerb the night before your scheduled collection day to ensure it is clearly visible and ready for our team.

 Had a big garden clean-up and suddenly have more green waste than your 240L bin can handle? No problem.

We offer discounted rates for our Tree Trim green bin customers and can collect your additional green waste for a modest extra fee. Simply let us know at least one day in advance, and we’ll arrange collection and invoice you accordingly.

If you regularly find your bin filling up quickly, you may wish to increase your collection frequency or consider purchasing a second bin to better suit your needs.

 If your bin is missed on collection day, please don’t worry — we will return within the next couple of days to collect it. Kindly contact us via email to report a missed service so we can promptly arrange collection.

If your bin is not placed out for access on your scheduled collection day, we unfortunately will be unable to return until your next designated collection. In this case, the scheduled service will still be invoiced.

 Moving house can be stressful — keeping your Tree Trim green bin isn’t.

Simply email us to update your address details, and we’ll arrange to collect your bin and relocate it to your new home free of charge.

 Gladstone residents will soon be able to dispose of garden waste through the new regional Garden Organics (GO) kerbside collection service. This service will be rolled out from July 2026 by Gladstone Regional Council as part of Council’s Waste Management and Resource Recovery Strategy.

Tree Trim Green Bins will continue to operate as usual.
